Elizabeth Frame

Entirely handmade beech wood frame with details on top depicting garlands and small leaves ornamented with bronze surrounding the frame using lost wax molding technique and inner piece is entirely made of bronze in same technique. the Inner frame is an oil painting and
adjusted to a separate piece that can either be attached or removed.
The Inner picture goes back to Princess Tatiana Yusupova, the sister of the Russian Caesar and painted by the German painter Franz Xavier in 19th Century. He was known for painting portraits of Kings & Nobles.
